 2JZ is a engine. In fact it is probably the most known engine in the world. The engine was being manufactured by Toyota Motor Corporation. This engine is has six cylinders. It also has 3 liters of  engine capacity. Those cylinders are placed in a single line i it is called a inline six. The engine produces 220 horse power and 220 ft*lb of torque stock. Ok so now that we know the basic stuff about the engine we need to know why is it so famous. In short it is know for its potential. The engine is so special  because it was designed with tuners in mind. Your standard engine can withstand a little bit of tuning let's say up to 20 percent of increase in both power and torque without changing some major parts like the block, pistons or the driveshaft. However the 2JZ as I previously said was designed with tuners in mind and it can easily go up to 800-900 with big enough turbos without braking a sweat.
